Q. How can you solve problems when real estate agents can't?

Q. How do I know I can trust you?
A. We do not expect you to blindly trust us. We want to earn your trust, by listening to your financial situation, and housing needs We will work hard to find potential solutions to get you into the home of their dreams. Q. My credit's pretty bad, can you still help?
A. In most cases we can. There might be the odd case where we can't help, but most likely, we have helped people with bigger credit problems than yours. We will be able to tell you quickly if we can help with your situation, and needs.
Q. Is there something wrong with these houses?
A. There's nothing wrong at all with these houses. We go over everything in each house we offer to make sure your home is "move in ready". The homes we offer are just fine, as you will soon see for yourself!
Q.How does your Low Down Payment Program work?
A. There are some great lending programs available, if you know where to look. Lots of real estate agents and bankers don't know about these programs, Mid-South does. Some of these programs allow you to put as little as $500 down, even if your credit is less than perfect We will quickly be able to tell you if this program will work in your situation.
Q. How does your "Rent to Own" Program work?
A. We have a regular supply of nice homes where you can move in immediately. Then, while you enjoy the benefits of living there, you pay rent, a portion of which goes toward your eventual mortgage on the home. You get to move into a nice home; you pay rent while you fix your credit and a portion of your rent goes toward your purchase price.
Q. What do you charge for your services?
A. Because houses come in all sizes, and people have so many different situations, we don't have one set fee. But because we don't charge you any up-front "processing fee" or other hidden costs.
Q. Do you pay for referrals if I know someone else who needs a house?
A. We moset certainly do! You can earn up to $500.00 for refering someone who buys a home through us.
